NBA Awards: Most Improved Player

Every year since the 1985-86 season the best Most Improved Player is selected by a national panel of pro basketball writers and broadcasters.

The list of the last players awarded include interesting names like Jalen Rose, Tracy McGrady, Jermaine O'Neal and Gilbert Arenas.

Hedo Turkoglu finally fulfilled his potential in 2007-08 and won the Most Improved Player award. Danny Granger was the centerpiece of the Pacers in 2008-09 and won this award. In 2010-11 the award went to Kevin Love, who also led the league in rebounds.
